Sales Associate
Description
Shodesh Polli is a leading fashion and lifestyle brand in Bangladesh. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-orientated sales associates to join our retail outlets in Dhaka and Chittagong. As a sales associate, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect outfits and lifestyle products while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that match their needs.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of Shodesh Polli’s products, collections, and ongoing promotions.
- Keep the clothing displays, shelves, and sales floor clean, organised, and well-stocked.
- Handle cash register operations and process payments accurately.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall team success.
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum HSC passed (BBA/Honours students are also encouraged to apply).
- Previous experience in retail fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus, but freshers with great communication skills are welcome.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good presentation and a welcoming attitude.
- Ability to work flexibly in a retail store environment.
