Handcrafted Nature: Shodesh Polli products are handcrafted. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the product you see online and the purchased product will be exactly the same, though every effort is made for it to be a very close match.
Product Availability: Because our items are handcrafted and produced in limited quantities, stock may not be replenished once sold out. When an item is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove it from the website in a timely manner.
Colours: We strive to represent product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to monitor and screen discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of colour will be 100% accurate.
Pricing: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system or typographical error, Shodesh Polli shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price. All prices are subject to VAT/Tax as per the laws of Bangladesh.

Right to Refuse: Shodesh Polli reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase or inaccuracies in product or pricing information.
Refunds: If your credit/debit card or mobile wallet has already been charged and your order is cancelled, Shodesh Polli will issue a refund or a credit note for the charged amount.

Shipping and processing fees cover the cost of handling, packaging, and delivery by our designated partners.
The risk of loss or damage is passed onto our shipping partners once the product leaves our facility. In case of non-delivery or damage during transit, you will be compensated according to our shipping policy.
