- Return Window: 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Conditions for Return: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
- Valid Reasons: Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items.
- Change of Mind: Accepted for selected categories.
- Refunds: Covers the item price and shipping fees. For COD, refunds are processed to the Daraz wallet or bank account.
